Due to high costs of shipping, we have chosen the best value-for-money methods, and made them available to customers to select. The methods are as follows:

1) Registered Post (anywhere in South Africa, with tracking number)
R90 – Registered postal deliveries should take approximately 7 working days from date of despatch.

2) Courier (door-to-door to major cities in South Africa)
R120 – Deliveries via courier usually occur within approximately 3 business days.

3) Courier (door-to-door outside major cities in South Africa)
An additional delivery charge will be added to the above costs based on location. Deliveries via courier usually occur within approximately 3 business days.

Please note that the aforesaid periods are estimates only. Please note that such estimated periods have been estimated on the basis that they commence once payment is confirmed and products have been packaged.

In this regard, note that although Family Transformation International obliges to package products and dispatch same for shipment within 2 business days following payment confirmation.

* Note that shipping charges vary according to product weight and dimensions. In most cases, it is beneficial to order more than one product, as courier charges start at a minimum of 2kg packages. (If your product weighs less than 2kg, you will be charged for a 2kg parcel). In this case, it is a better option to go for the Registered Post option, where you will receive a tracking code.

Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth and Pretoria.

(We do not have a working model for International deliveries yet, so each International order’s shipping cost is worked out on a case-by-case basis).

“eBooks” and “Links” to eBooks

In these T&C, an “eBook” means an electronic book, in .PDF format, capable of being opened and read on your PC or Mac computer, or certain other hardware devices such digital content reader applications that support the .PDF format.

Your access to any eBook purchased by you from Family Transformation International will be granted via a link sent to you in an email.

Limits to functionality and usage of eBooks:

eBooks will not be able to be read on Devices that do not support .PDF format.

You will need to be connected to the internet when you download an eBook and open it for the first time. On subsequent openings of the eBook, you will not need to be connected to the internet.

Illegal Use of eBooks

All eBooks are the exclusive property of the publisher and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The download of eBooks is intended for your personal and non-commercial use. Any other use of eBooks purchased from Family Transformation International is strictly prohibited.

You may not modify, transmit, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the content of eBooks, in whole or in part, and more specifically, you will not print, copy, or ‘lend’ eBooks to any other person.
By downloading any eBook, you hereby acknowledge and agree to these terms. You hereby undertake that you shall not attempt to be able to do any of the above.

When purchasing an eBook from Family Transformation International, you will be purchasing the right to download such eBook from the website and consequently, delivery will take place electronically via the internet as described below.
